Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days (due to the perishable nature of our products). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (meat, dairy, etc.) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Discounted/sale items
    • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

Required for Returns

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only granted if:

  • The product is in its original condition but damaged due to our error (e.g., spoiled meat).
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Refund Process

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Late/Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first (processing may take 3–5 days).
  • Contact your credit card company or bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong cut of meat). Contact us immediately.

Shipping Returns
